除非明确声明，否则兼容软件/文档中心所列出的客户端的开发者都不是 小云朵，也和 小云朵 无直接利益关系，因此当软件出现问题时，应当首先联系软件的开发者，付费软件可以联系软件的支持团队以获取帮助。
